What We Do
Resources to Help You Navigate Tax Season
A new year is here, which means it’s time to file your taxes. Here at Maiker, we’re proud to support our community members and provide the necessary resources you may need to file your taxes this year. As an Adams County resident, you have access to both in-person and online resources that make filing your taxes easy.
New health clinic for children may reduce barriers to services for some Denver metro area residents
One Colorado community is working to address a healthcare desert—defined as an area where people have little to no access to healthcare services. A new clinic is being built in Westminster.
It’s in what has become a growing community where Ana Martinez and her family have chosen to settle down for the last six years.
“Affordable housing is the best way to provide people with a step up in life. It has given me sense of security and allows me to plan for my future. Before I found Alto, I was in survival mode. Now, I’m no longer burdened by rent and have the confidence to work towards my goals.”

Making a Difference
As a socially conscious public housing authority, Maiker collaborates with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, the private sector, landlords, housing providers and the community to ensure healthy housing environments are available to all Adams County residents.
